Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Armed.ae. We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable.

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.

  • Personal care items, perfumes, cosmetics, or hygiene-related products.

  • Customized or personalized items.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@armed.ae within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions if eligible.

  4. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@armed.ae with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.
